Payment Methods

We offer the following payment methods. Simply choose the best payment method for you. The shipping costs are partly dependent on the selected payment method. The prices listed in the respective offers represent final prices. They include all price components including any applicable taxes such as value added tax. Only in the case of cross-border deliveries may you have to pay additional taxes (e.g. in the case of an intra-Community acquisition) and/or duties (e.g. customs duties), not to the seller, but to the customs or tax authorities responsible there. The delivery and shipping costs incurred are not included in the purchase price, they can be called up via the "Shipping costs" page, are shown separately during the ordering process and are to be borne by you in addition.

Bank Transfer

The payment method bank transfer can be selected in the checkout. After a successful order, the required transfer data will be displayed. The goods will be shipped or the digital goods will be activated after the payment has been received on our account.

SOFORTÜberweisung & GiroPay

If you select this payment method, you will be forwarded to the respective provider when completing the payment, with whom you can then pay via online banking.
Please note: The payments are processed by the selected provider and only released to us after processing. This may result in the order being left 'open' for a few days pending credit to us. The goods will be shipped or the digital goods will be activated after our payment service provider has successfully released them on our account.
